After two impressive wins to open the weekend, Auburn baseball aims for a sweep of No. 5 Florida on Sunday to open SEC play.

First pitch is set for 1 p.m., with Auburn right-hander Davis Daniel (1-0, 4.50 ERA) and Florida righty Jackson Kowar (3-0, 2.19 ERA) toeing the rubber at Plainsman Park. The Tigers have not swept the Gators since 1987.

Bottom of the 9th:

Florida 5, Auburn 6: Auburn wins it on a walk-off sacrifice with an error. Jonah Todd bunts, Florida throws the ball away trying to get Shaffer for the force at third. Shaffer scores.

— Will Holland tries to sac bunt, but it’s perfectly placed and goes for a hit. Auburn has runners on first and second with no outs. JJ Shaffer in to pinch run at second for Logan.

— Blake Logan with a leadoff single up the middle.

— Jay Estes flies out to left field for the first out, and Kevin O’Sullivan is going to the bullpen for left-handed reliever Nick Horvath.

— Coker gets a flyout and then the Tigers’ first strikeout of the game for the second out of the inning.

— Herndon walks JJ Schwarz, and Butch Thompson is going to the bullpen again. Right-hander reliever Calvin Coker coming in with two on and no outs in the inning.
