The ‘Green Zone’, which is your aerobic threshold, is a comfortable heart rate, this is to help build your endurance.

Whilst the ‘Orange Zone’ is your anaerobic threshold – which is the maximum cruising heart rate you can continuously maintain.

But the final section is the ‘Red Zone’ and this is maximum effort and this intense approach is to build up your power.

The fighting riddle is one of the toughest movement riddles to crack. How to best time, position, angle and displace the body, which form and posture to use and when, what needs to be softened and what hardened, which systems to apply, what mindset, how to train the eyes to perceive small changes in the partner’s intention, synching and syncopating the rhythm of your opponent and more and more… I’ve learned a lot from my work with @thenotoriousmma in movement training and in discussions during prep for his last four fights. Will share some of the insights in the upcoming Movement Camp – our biggest yearly meeting next month. The application process is nearly over, go to the link in bio to apply if you are interested in the Movement approach, this event is not to be missed.
