NASCAR has issued another warning to teams about the consequences of repeatedly failing inspections at the race track. In a bulletin sent to Sprint Cup teams before Richmond International Raceway opened for Saturday’s race, NASCAR said it will begin issuing written warnings if a car fails two inspections before qualifying.
