ACE-TEC construction takes a molded Low-Density EPS core, adds Fiberglass and Epoxy for strength and stiffness and then wraps it all in a durable ASA Skin in a high-pressure 1 step thermoforming process. This gives an exact, precise, replicating construction technique with optimum results from the materials, giving a performance, stiffness and weight equal to more expensive sandwich construction boards with significantly higher durability and strength. The Techno Range is divided into 4 models to meet your specific needs and conditions. Two boards (240D/160D) have integrated, retractable dagger boards for enhanced light air 'non-planning' conditions. The other two models (138/148) offer a pure fun board ride.
