Daily fantasy baseball hitter matchups

– Ryan Braun (.987 OPS) and Hernan Perez (.829) have been solid against lefties all year, and Domingo Santana crushed lefties in the minors before carrying his success over with the Brewers (1.413). Get them in your lineup against Jaime Garcia.

– Ryan Raburn (.979 OPS vs. LHP this year), Jerry Sands (.863), and Francisco Lindor (.833) all make for cheap sleepers against Danny Duffy, but don’t expect much power from Carlos Santana (.312 SLG).

– Chris Davis (.893 OPS vs. LHP), Nolan Reimold (.870), and Adam Jones (.816) are all great options against Henry Owens

– It’s a small sample, but Mike Wright has struggled against lefties (.304/.368/.500) this season. David Ortiz, Travis Shaw, and Pablo Sandoval get bumps in value.

– Don’t be worried about Bryce Harper against lefties, as he has a .967 OPS against southpaws this year. Anthony Rendon and Jayson Werth are also notorious lefty killers who have been hot lately. Consider all three against Adam Morgan today.

– Philadelphia always has a bunch of cheap sleepers against lefties, including Darin Ruff (1.022 OPS vs. LHP), Cameron Rupp (1.013), Andres Blanco (1.008), and Carlos Ruiz (.933). Give one (or more) a shot against Gio Gonzalez.

– Travis d’ArnaudDavid WrightYoenis Cespedes, and Wilmer Flores all have OPS’s over .900 vs. LHP with the Mets this year, and Juan Uribe and Lucas Duda have been solid against lefties all season. It’s not a bad idea to stack Mets against Adam Conley.

– Toronto has a host of heavy-hitting righties, but be careful not to overpay for them against Shelby Miller, who’s cut down righthanded batters to the tune of a .202/.286/.284 line this season.

– Jed Lowrie (shin), Jose AltuveCarlos Correa, and George Springer all have OPS’s over .890 against LHP this season, so give them bumps in value against Martin Perez in Texas today.

– Even against a tough lefty like Dallas Keuchel, Texas’s Mike Napoli (.904 OPS) is a good option, but don’t bother with Shin-Soo Choo or Joey Gallo.

– Aaron Hicks (.963 OPS) and Miguel Sano (.923) have both crushed lefties this year, and Brian Dozier has crushed southpaws throughout his career. All are in play against Daniel Norris.

– Fire up Anthony Gose and Victor Martinez against Ervin Santana, who’s allowed a .270/.349/.506 line to lefthanded batters this season.

– Lefties have liked hitting against Andrew Cashner this year (.287/.374/.515), so give a little extra consideration to David PeraltaEnder Inciarte, and Jake Lamb today.

– Don’t overpay for Carlos Gonzalez (.526 OBP vs. LHP this year) against Alex Wood.

– Justin Ruggiano (.857 career OPS vs. LHP) is a great sleeper against Jorge De La Rosa, and Adrian Gonzalez (.811) is a nice reverse-platoon play, too.

– Michael Lorenzen has been lit up by lefties this year (.335/.441/.596), so stack a few of Angel PaganBrandon BeltAlejandro De Aza, and Brandon Crawford (oblique) if he plays.
