As the first full week of the fantasy baseball season comes to a close, most teams are starting their second trip through their rotation today with a few exceptions.  Looking to close the fantasy baseball week successfully, many owners will hit the waiver wire today in look of a starting pitcher to finish the week with a boost to their rotation.  If you are streaming starting pitchers throughout the season or just looking for a one-start pickup, check out my favorite widely available pitchers who are scheduled to take the mound on Sunday.

I had to take a few days off from picking streaming starters due to family obligations, but I hope to be able to continue this post regularly for the rest of the season. The basic goal of this daily post is to help you find starting pitchers who can help your fantasy baseball team who are widely available (under 50% owned in ESPN leagues). These pitchers are usually nice value plays in daily league games as well.  Make sure to check back at our Fansided fantasy baseball page throughout the season for daily league coverage and pickup options all year long.

We’re still ramping up to our full daily baseball coverage which will be up to full speed by the end of this week as the NBA regular season winds down. We’ll continue to post fantasy news for all sports @FansidedFantasy on Twitter, so give us a follow and feel free to join the conversation.

It’s a typical Sunday MLB schedule with 14 games throughout the afternoon and the Sunday Night Baseball showcase on ESPN. Tonight, ESPN is in the Bronx for the conclusion of the AL East series as the Red Sox look to finish off a sweep of the Yankees.

There are five widely available starters that I like as pickups who are scheduled for today.  I’ve listed them in general order on the following slides, so let’s get right to our look at today’s five options for streaming starting pitchers.
