It’s another bright and early morning for Alabama baseball. The No. 11 seed Crimson Tide (31-27) play No. 7 seed Missouri (30-27) in an elimination game at the SEC Tournament at 9:30 a.m. CT here at the Hoover Met. Check it out on the SEC Network or WatchESPN.
Pitchers are Alabama senior LHP Taylor Guilbeau (2-6, 3.68) vs. Missouri freshman RHP Tanner Houck (8-4, 3.40). Alabama is the home team.

9th INNING: Alabama 4, Missouri 3
Thomas Burrows in to pitch for Alabama. Strikeout for out 1. Strikeout for out 2. Flyout ends it.
8th INNING: Alabama 4, Missouri 3
Jay Shaw in to pitch for Alabama. He gets Missouri 1-2-3. Alabama goes 1-2-3.
7th INNING: Alabama 4, Missouri 3
Guilbeau back out to start the 7th. Missouri gets a runner to third with two outs. After a walk, groundout ends the inning with two left on.
Will Haynie leads off the bottom with a solo homer to deep left, his 8th. Alabama goes 1-2-3 after that.
6th INNING: Missouri 3, Alabama 3
* One-out double by Josh Lester for Missouri. He scores on a two-out single by Trey Harris. Harris is picked off to end the inning.
* Alabama with a two-out rally. White walks and Hughston beats out an infield single. Overstreet reaches on a fielder’s choice to load bases for Henry. Henry hits a 2-run single to tie the game. Wilhite strikes out to end it.
5th INNING: Missouri 2, Alabama 1
* Leadoff single and walk, then a bunt pushes Missouri runners to 2nd and 3rd with one out. Guilbeau strikes out nine-hole hitter Ivory for out 2. Peel then doubles in both runs. Alabama’s Hughston broke way back, then realized it was too shallow and couldn’t make the diving catch. Groundout ends it but Missouri swings the game its way.
* Wilhite reaches on error to lead off inning, but erased on Haynie’s second double play. Colburn strikes out. Only three hits so far for Alabama off Missouri freshman Houck.
4th INNING: Alabama 1, Missouri 0
* Missouri goes 1-2-3, and Casey Hughston with a nice running catch and a diving catch for the third out.
* Alabama got a couple of hard-hit balls, but goes 1-2-3.
3rd INNING: Alabama 1, Missouri 0
* Missouri leaves one on.
* Alabama gets a leadoff IF single from Colburn, but wastes it. Salem flies out and White strikes out.
2nd INNING: Alabama 1, Missouri 0
* Guilbeau pitches around an error on Overstreet (only his 4th of season) and nothing for Missouri.
* Houck, touching 96 on the gun, also pitches around an error and gets a 5-4-3 DP to end it.
1st INNING: Alabama 1, Missouri 0
* Ring with a one-out single for the Tigers, but he’s erased on a 4-6-3 double play.
* Two-out IF single by White, and Hughston doubles him home for a 1-0 lead.
