Expect David DeJesus’ wife, Kim, to wave a “Welcome to Los Angeles” banner the moment he touches down at LAX.
Ahead of Friday’s trade deadline, the Tampa Bay Rays outfielder was shipped off to the Los Angeles Angels on Tuesday, much to the delight of his social-savvy spouse.
Though DeJesus, who has played for the Royals, A’s, Cubs, Nationals and Rays in his 13-year career, will have to embrace another cross-country upheaval, his actress wife has already given the move her seal of approval, for excellent reasons.

This isn’t the first time the bombshell brunette has chimed in on the trade deadline. When DeJesus was on the block with the Cubs in 2013, the Chicago native drank away the wait and chronicled hour-by-hour developments on Instagram over a glass of white wine — or two. Like this year, she got what she wanted, with DeJesus staying put.
