Connor McDavid makes his fantasy debut at No. 42 … ahead of Taylor Hall!
Right outside of the Top 100 are Jake Allen of the St. Louis Blues (101), Mike Green of the Detroit Red Wings (still weird to read … oh, and No. 102) and Buffalo Sabres rookie savior Jack Eichel (103).
