FS1 to air 17-hour NASCAR programming marathon on Christmas – FOXSports.com

NASCAR fans get a little extra under their trees on Christmas Day, as FOX Sports announces a 17-hour NASCAR marathon, beginning Friday, Dec. 25 (6 a.m. ET) on FS1 with three consecutive hours of “NASCAR Race Hub: Best Of The Year.”

As visions of Daytona Speedweeks dance in their heads, viewers get to relive everything from the benchmark 1979 Daytona 500 to the 1992 NASCAR All-Star Race to last season’s dramatic Daytona 500, where Joey Logano scored the race win and 2015 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion Kyle Busch opened his memorable year on the sidelines after a devastating Speedweeks crash put him out of action for the first 11 weeks of the season.

And on Saturday, Dec. 26, the vehicles get a little bigger and a little louder, as FS1 airs 14 consecutive events from the 2015 Monster Jam monster truck season, beginning at 9 a.m. ET.
