Matt Kenseth and Joe Gibbs Racing welcomed new primary sponsor Circle K to the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series on Wednesday afternoon in an unveiling at the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Circle K will be the primary sponsor for six races on the No. 20 Toyota Camry in the sport’s top series, starting with next weekend’s Toyota Owners 400 at Richmond International Raceway.

The company also will be the primary sponsor on the No. 20 for the May races at Talladega Superspeedway and Charlotte Motor Speedway, the July race at Kentucky Speedway and the November races at Texas Motor Speedway and Phoenix Raceway. In addition, Circle K will have associate branding on the car for races where it is not the primary sponsor.

“It’s always great to be able to welcome a new primary sponsor to the sport,” Kenseth said in a team release. “I’m excited to welcome Circle K to JGR on our No. 20 Camry this season, and look forward to representing them. They are a growing company, with locations all over the country, so it’s a great fit to have them involved in the sport.”

Earlier this year, Tide, PEAK and BlueDEF joined as sponsors for Kenseth and the No. 20 team. The 45-year-old currently is 22nd in the point standings with one top-five finish and three top 10s through seven races in the 2017 season.
