The U.S. Men’s National Team fell to Mexico on a late goal in excruciating fashion on their home soil on Saturday night.
The U.S. equalized in the 108th minute to put the teams tied at 2-2, but a goal by Paul Aguilar in the 118th minute made it 3-2 Mexico in a CONCACAF playoff game at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California. See video of the scoring plays provided below.

90th Minute – Despite some good opportunities for Mexico late in the half, the U.S. holds on and keeps the game tied 1-1 heading into two 15 minute extra time periods which are kicking off now.
75th Minute – U.S. continunes to look toothless in the attack. Mexico have had the better of chances and meaning ful possession so far in the half. Fans on Twitter screaming for Jurgen Klinsmann to make a substitution and he finally puts in DeAndre Yedlin.
48th Minute – The U.S. escapes two good chances on goal by Mexico by showing quick recovery after initial mistakes in the defense. Not a great start to the second half for the Americans.
Halftime – The teams exchanged some shoving after a foul call and the rivalry match is heating up here as the teams head to the locker room after the first 45 minutes.
