It’s NASCAR race day at Texas Motor Speedway, and we’ve got all the information you need to enjoy Saturday’s Duck Commander 500 Sprint Cup Series race.
START TIME: Duck Dynasty will be represented when Jase and Rowdy Robertson give the command to fire engines at 7:38 p.m. ET today, followed by the green flag at 7:46 p.m. So if you want to skip the pre-race show and just tune in for the race, turn on your television at 7:46 p.m.
RACE DISTANCE: The Duck Commander 500 is 334 laps around the 1.5-mile Texas Motor Speedway. That’s a total of 500 miles.
TV/RADIO SCHEDULE: Fox will broadcast today’s race while PRN will have the radio play-by-play.
WEATHER: Saturday’s evening forecast calls for partly cloudy skies with a high of 67 degrees and a 20 percent chance of rain.
LAST TIME: Jimmie Johnson won his second of three races in a row here last spring, leading 128 laps and beating Kevin Harvick.
