It’s NASCAR race day at Martinsville Speedway, and we’ve got some essential information you need to get ready for Sunday’s STP 500.

START TIME: Actor Rockmond Dunbar from the TV show Prison Break will instruct drivers to start their engines at 2:07 p.m. ET today, followed by the green flag at 2:13 p.m. So if you want to skip the pre-race show and just tune in for the race, turn on your TV by 2:13 p.m.

RACE DISTANCE: The STP 500 is 500 laps around the 0.526-mile track for a total of 263 miles.

SEGMENTS: Beginning this season, NASCAR is dividing every race into segments and awarding one bonus point to the winner of each stage. Segment lengths will be different for every race. Also, the top 10 finishers of segments 1 and 2 will be awarded regular-season points in descending order from 10 to 1. Here are the segments for the STP 500: Stage 1: 130 laps; Stage 2: 130 laps; Stage 3: 240 laps.

NATIONAL ANTHEM/FLYOVER: Marching bands from Martinsville, Magna Vista and Bassett high schools will perform the national anthem before today’s race. The Bandit Flight Team will perform a flyover.

TV/RADIO SCHEDULE: Fox Sports 1 will broadcast today’s race and has a pre-race show beginning at 12:30 p.m. ET. Motor Racing Network will call the race on the radio.

LIVE STREAMING: Fox is offering a live stream through its Fox Sports Go app.

WEATHER: Another nice day. The Weather Channel is calling for mostly sunny skies, a high of 68 degrees and a 10% chance of rain.

LAST TIME: Seven-time Cup Series champion Jimmie Johnson punched his ticket to the championship race, winning for the ninth time at NASCAR’s shortest track to tie former teammate Jeff Gordon for third most in the speedway’s history. And one year ago, Kyle Busch dominated the field, leading 352 of 500 laps for the first of four victories in 2016.

STARTING LINEUP: Much like the fictional baseball players in the sports movie classic Bull Durham wished for a rainout, Kyle Larson hoped for one too. But the Chip Ganassi Racing driver didn’t need Kevin Costner turning on the sprinklers to make that happen. Rain washed out qualifying Friday, leading the series to set the lineup based on owners’ points and putting Larson on the pole. Hendrick Motorsports driver Chase Elliott, ranked second in the standings, will start outside Larson on the front row.
