NASCAR fans are angry about Talladega ending, think Mike Helton is full of it – SportingNews.com
NASCAR fans — and at least one driver — were apoplectic on social media Sunday after sport vice chairman Mike Helton said there was nothing suspect in the way the CampingWorld.com 500 ended at Talladega Superspeedway.
Many fans took to social media to accuse Kevin Harvick of intentionally causing a wreck so he could stay in the Chase.

The caution ended Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s title run and led to Joey Logano being declared the race winner.
Harvick denied that his clipping of Trevor Bayne’s Ford was intentional, but fans weren’t swayed — with Harvick’s explanation or Helton’s review.
What a joke we have a car with no motor wreck the field to end the race. Complete crap. Sorry to anyone who spent $ coming to this circus

@NASCARonNBC Mike Helton and the other NASCAR “suits” want to keep Budweiser happy. All about the money, as usual. So they turn a blind eye.

Mike Helton = liar. “What we saw, there is no evidence…4 car [of Harvick] did that was questionable other than moving out of line”. LOL

@NASCARonNBC Mike Helton hasn’t had a lucid thought since Dale Sr. crash.

@NASCAR #Harvick. He came on the radio and referred to a crash. Mike Helton you are gutless. Resign and let someone else lead. You’re not!

@NASCAR @joeylogano The end of that race was BS Dale Jr didn’t even get a chance to race his way to the finish, 4 car screwed that up

@KevinHarvick classless move. Worse is NASCAR and the people of @NBCSN for pretending it didn’t happen. Don’t insult our intelligence.
