Sexy-As-Hell Monster Energy Girls Rule NASCAR, Now Set Their Sights On Motorcycle Racing – Maxim

Monster Energy, the hyped-up drink company, is infamous for its controversial “Monster Energy Girls,” but it wants to help transfer some of that notable fame to its increasing presence in American motorsports as a direct challenge to Red Bull, which sponsors its own Formula One racing team.
It could be that combining beautiful girls with motorsports could help boost that effort, so Monster introduced Miss Supercross, Juliana Daniell, to help cement the connection between the two. Supercross involves racing motocross-style dirt bikes over jumps on temporary tracks built in fan-friendly stadia rather than through distant forests or deserts.

Monster sponsors the American Motorcyclist Association Supercross motorcycle racing series as well as NASCAR‘s premier stock car series, now known as Monster Energy Cup. If you are old enough, you might recall that it was called Winston Cup for decades, named after the sponsoring cigarette company, before changing more recently to Nextel and then Sprint sponsorship.

Monster Energy has been on a roll in racing. While the Monster Energy girls garnered attention before the Daytona 500, it was Monster Energy-sponsored driver Kurt Busch who won the race.
In her role as Miss Supercross, the former Virginia Tech scholarship swimmer will meet and greet fans at each event’s Pit Party and during the races.
“I love interacting with the people who cheer on all athletes, and I can’t wait to share in the supercross fans’ passion for the most exciting and fastest growing motorsport,’ Daniell said. “These riders are truly exceptional athletes and I’m honored for the opportunity to bring attention to their talents. There is simply nothing like supercross!”

While Daniell has experience cheering in support of other athletes from her days as a dancer for the Atlanta Hawks, her post-collegiate athletic career has shifted from swimming to bodybuilding competitions, landing her on the covers of fitness magazines.
