Frank Lampard’s introduction to BT Sport took a humorous turn as the former Chelsea man showed off his collection of choreographed handshakes.
Lampard has signed up as a pundit for the new season to provide insight into the Premier League, FA Cup, Champions League and Europa League matches.
In a mock up BT office tour where Jake Humphrey guides Lampard around, the Chelsea legend proves to be a popular member of staff as he shows off a number of personalised handshakes, much to the football host’s chagrin.

Pogba and Jesse Lingard have got a number or personalised handshake routines
The handshakes are reminiscent of the routines performed by the likes of Premier League stars Paul Pogba, Jesse Lingard, Dele Alli and Eric Dier.
Humphrey is left with egg on his face at one point as his attempt at a fist bump ends rather awkwardly.
‘I’m delighted to be joining BT Sport,’ said Lampard. ‘I’m looking forward to an exciting new season both here and in Europe and can’t wait to begin working with the team.’

The 39-year-old hasn’t played competitive football since he left New York City last year. He did work briefly for Sky Sports as a pundit last season.
BT said that the former Chelsea midfielder did have many offers from elsewhere before joining the broadcaster.
Simon Green, head of BT Sport, said: ‘It’s no secret that Frank had many offers, both within the game and elsewhere, following his retirement, so we are absolutely thrilled that he has chosen to join the team at BT Sport.’
