CHICAGO – The playoffs have come to an end for the Cubs and are a long way off for a few of the other Chicago professional teams.
But a bit of “November Madness” is getting started this weekend.
That’s the IHSA Football playoffs. 256 teams from around the state are vying for a championship in one of eight classes with the first round starting on Friday night. The playoffs conclude with the championship games at Huskie Stadium in DeKalb on Thanksgiving weekend.
To talk about that on Sports Feed along with the other Chicago sports still going on was veteran sports radio reporter and host Matt Rodewald. He was the guest on Thursday’s show talking about a number of topics with Jarrett Payton and Josh Frydman.
