Radio traffic reveals initial kidnapping concerns for Newman officer

Deputies initially believed Newman police corporal Ronil Singh was kidnapped early December 26,2018. Singh was shot and killed after a traffic stop. A 207 (kidnapping) call went out due to a witness report that Singh was in the suspect’s truck.
