FOOTBALL TICKETS — Tickets for Dunmore’s PIAA first-round playoff game Friday at 7 p.m. at Hazleton Area High School will be on sale in the Dunmore High School athletic director’s office Thursday and Friday from noon-2 p.m. Cost is $6 for adults and $3 for students. All tickets will cost $6 at the game.MEETING — Archbald Little League will hold its monthly meeting Sunday at 7 p.m. at the AC field house.YOUTH BASEBALL/SOFTBALL — Gary Ruby’s Top 20 offseason/preseason pitching program will begin Jan. 4. The program features two-hour sessions for 10 weeks at the PNC Field indoor facilities. Space is limited to 20 pitchers. Cost is $375 and a $150 deposit is required when registering. ■ East Coast Sandhogs Travel Baseball Organization will hold early bird tryouts for the 2017 season Saturday from 10 a.m.-noon for ages 13-18 and 1-3 p.m. for ages 7-12 at the Electric City Baseball & Softball Academy in Scranton. Cost is $20. Players need to attend only one tryout and must register by visiting www.sandhogs baseball.com.
■ Electric City Baseball & Softball Academy will hold the following events: eighth annual Winter Skills Camp on Saturday and Nov. 26 and Dec. 3 and 10 from 10 a.m.-noon.
