Chelsea fans made their unhappiness clear regarding the departure of manager Jose Mourinho but winger Pedro Rodriguez insisted there was unity at Stamford Bridge for the victory over Sunderland and tweeted: “We both team and fans played a great game this afternoon. Come on Chelsea!”
Newcastle’s Siem de Jong could not hide his frustration as his side followed last week’s shock win at Tottenham with a draw against bottom club at Aston Villa, putting an enraged emoji in his tweet, which reads: “I know, I should have scored need to keep improving and keep getting results!”
