UConn Huskies
Championship streaks: 2002-04, 2013-16
Thanks to seniors Breanna Stewart, Morgan Tuck and Moriah Jefferson, the Huskies are fresh off their fourth consecutive championship — the 11th in school history. Over the past 3-plus years, the UConn women are 122-1 with an average victory margin of 38. Every win has come by double-digits.
Boston Celtics
Championship streak: 1959-66
The Celtics won eight NBA championships in a row from 1959 to 1966. Their streak is the longest consecutive title run of any professional team in U.S. sports history.
Chicago Bulls
Championship streaks: 1991-93, 1996-98
The 1996 Bulls have been considered one of the best teams in NBA history. During the 1995-’96 season, the Bulls won 72 games, and they are the only team to ever win more than 70 games in a single season.
Montreal Canadiens
Championship streaks: 1956-60, 1976-79
The Canadiens have taken home the Stanley Cup more times than any other NHL team. They have won 24 all told, including five in a row from 1956 to 1950 and four in a row from 1976 to 1979.
Mount Union Raiders
Championship streaks: 1996-98 & 2000-02
The University of Mount Union is a Division III school located in Alliance, Ohio. Its football team went 14-1 in 2014 — losing to Wisconsin-Whitewater in the title game — and the program boasts an impressive 11 national championships.
New York Islanders

North Alabama Lions

North Dakota State Bison
Championship streak: 2011-15
The Bison continue to dominate. North Dakota State moved up to Division I in 2004, and the Bison have wasted no time making a name for themselves. They have won the past five Division I FCS titles and are a strong favorite to take home a sixth in 2016. Prior to their DI success, they won eight national championships in Division II.
Tennessee Lady Vols
Championship streak: 1996-98
Tennessee has been a title contender for over 30 years. With Pat Summitt at the helm for over three decades, they took home eight national titles, including three in a row from 1996-’98. The Lady Vols are the only team to have appeared in all 32 NCAA tournaments.
