Needless to say, the student-athletes were a hit, entertaining the dancers and volunteers roughly halfway through their annual 46-hour fundraiser at the Bryce Jordan Center.
THON, which started in 1977 and raises benefits for pediatric cancer patients, features more than 700 students dancing from late Friday afternoon to late Sunday afternoon.
The final 2016 total raised for Four Diamonds Fund out of Penn State Hershey Medical Center? A cool $9,770,332.32, bringing the all-time total to more than $135 million.
