The Proto Half Knuckle double clamp is the strongest double clamp available on the market for securing any slotted scooter bars to the fork. The Half Knuckle clamp works with threaded or threadless forks, as well as 1-1/4" standard bars, 1-3/8" oversized bars, and HIC handlebars. Double clamps are to be used with standard 1 1/4" or oversized 1 3/8" bars with a slit.
