The ABS injection-molded outer shell meets the CE 1385 standard for whitewater headgear. The bill can be worn to the front for sun protection, or to the rear for additional neck coverage. The inner liner is a multiple impact VN foam liner laminated to plush soft cloth. Interchangeable color coded foam sizing pads are included for a perfect custom fit. The Hand Of God (H.O.G.) Lock Retention System fits behind the nape of the neck to further minimize helmet movement. Two opposing micro adjusting ratchets tighten two monofilament lines for the prefect positive fit. The ratchets and anchors are attached to a coated PVC harness lamented and stitched to closed cell foam. Stainless steel rivets anchor the four-point retention system with nylon webbing.
