Cornhole Boards – Standard Series – Painted

The Board Set is assembled and painted, ready for you to play Cornhole or add other designs as you like. We use a slotted bolt and aviation nut to attach the legs, instead of a carriage bolt and wing-nut. If you have worked with carriage bolts, you know that they become loose when tightening and can strip out the wood. With our slotted bolts, you can attach and remove as many times as needed. When assembling our boards, we glue and screw everything together, so you have no exposed nail holes or screw holes on the playing surface. We use oil based paints to prime and topcoat your boards. We have found that when you stack latex painted boards, they tend to stick to each other. We have not found that with oil based paints. Standard Series Boards Our Standard Cornhole Boards are designed with quality construction and durability in mind. Our boards are hand crafted and include tight joints which are glued and screwed with concealed pocket screws, top quality 2 x 4's for strength and rock solid play, smoother cabinet grade 1/2" birch plywood playing surface, with routered top edges. Folding legs for transport mode and aviation nuts which allows how tight you adjust the leg swing. Aviation nuts do not vibrate loose, so you don't have to worry about lost hardware. We also use standard bolts instead of carriage bolts for ease of adjustment. The Standard Series boards are constructed to official specifications.
