Toasty Toes Warmawear Battery Heated Socks – Extra Large

They circulate gentle warmth around the foot, focusing on the toes - which is the area most prone to the cold. Especially good with sports footwear such as Ski boots, Ice Skates and Football boots and they are perfect for those cold winter mornings waiting for the bus, driving to work, or even just lounging around the house.

These quality heated socks have been developed to keep your feet warm and comfortable. Made from high quality Terylene, the socks have 2 heat settings and maximum temperature can reach approximately 100F (38C). The heating element is situated in the toes of the sock which is especially useful whilst travelling on the ski lift, or even if you have a long wait at the bus stop in the winter.

Invaluable for people who suffer from cold feet, such as those who suffer from Raynaud's Disease, and can relieve mild arthritis by improving blood flow. The temperature of your hands and feet dramatically affects the ambient body temperature, so keep your extremities warm.

How do they work?
The socks feature an advanced battery operated heating system, which circulates gentle warmth around the front part of the sock - which is the area most prone to the cold.

Supplied with battery boxes and garters to attach to your leg. When switched on, they will heat your feet up quickly yet gently with up to 3 hours of hot time from good quality batteries. This time can be dramatically increased if you only have them switched on for short bursts.

Each battery pack requires 3 standard or rechargeable 'AA' battery's for each side (not supplied). Rechargeable batteries will be fine, but we recommend you go for the higher rated ones.
